3. ELIGIBILITY
To rent a vehicle from CarPlus300, customers must meet the following requirements:
Age: Be at least 23 years old.
Driver’s License: Hold a valid driver’s license recognized in Spain with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
Identification: Provide a valid form of identification (e.g., passport, national ID).
Payment Method: Provide a valid credit or debit card for payment and security deposit.
4. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
Booking: Reservations must be made through the website.
Payment: Full payment, including the security deposit, is required to confirm the booking.
Pricing: Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is mandatory for all rentals and must be paid at the time of booking.
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date will receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the security deposit.
No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early returns.
6. VEHICLE PICKUP AND RETURN
Pickup and Return: Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed-upon time and location.
Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional fees as specified in the rental agreement.
Vehicle Inspection: Customers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle for damage prior to pickup and reporting any pre-existing issues.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Vehicle Condition: Customers must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was rented.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in vehicles.
Damage Liability: Customers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, subject to the terms of the insurance policy.
Fines and Penalties: Traffic violations, fines, or toll charges incurred during the rental period are the customer’s responsibility.
8. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Insurance Coverage: Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price. Additional insurance options may be purchased during the booking process.
Deductible: Customers are liable for the deductible amount in case of an accident, theft, or damage, unless additional coverage has been purchased.
Personal Belongings: The company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The company shall not be held liable for:
Delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters).
Mechanical failures during the rental period unless caused by prior negligence.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
